Viewings

After the viewing, the choice is always yours. You decide which candidate feels right for your property.

Move-in

Finally, we guide both you and the tenant through the next steps. We provide consultation on how to complete the Licence Agreement, how deposits and payments are normally arranged, and how to smoothly finalise the move-in.
